CONTEMPORARY ART FROM TOP INTERNATIONAL EMERGING WOMEN ARTISTS
Our emphasis is on our artists being Intimists. That is we only represent artists who work alone without assistants, who's work has intimacy, that we can feel the person behind it, the touch and the closeness, someone's hand, that individual touch. As communication now days is all on the phone and the Internet, we represent artists who reach out for something more personal.

Her photographic range of interest covers the daily life on the road, journeys and staged scenes. Art enables her to express all the ideas and impressions, from still lives to mixed
media collages and video installations. She started her creative career in the fashion business, therefore she likes to work in interdisciplinary way by using colors and textiles. During her studies at the Academy of Fine Arts she got to know many different techniques which she enjoys to combine now: photographs are printed on the canvas she paints, writes or sews over. She dis- and reassembles her photographs and footages into pieces of their own. “I love to create a surreal visual experience, for which I preferably use this special technique. By combining photography, collage and painting, I tell stories which are close to my heart - always colorful, bold and funky.”
Eva Silberknoll exhibits her work internationally, e. g. in Mexico, Italy and at the Armory Show in New York. She is also preselected for upcoming exhibitions in Switzerland, Poland and Mexico. ANDREA CASSADY
Venezuelan photographer who left Caracas when she was 10 years old to start a new life
with her family in Madrid, Spain.
It was in Madrid, a few years later, where her interest in photography was awakened,
experimenting for two years with different disciplines in the CEV “School of Communication, Image and Sound”.
Her first tries were in analog format, spending hours in the laboratory, studying and learning
chemical processes, while becoming more passionate about this art.
Since 2010, she traveled around many cities as Moscow, Prague, Budapest, Vilnius among others, developing skills and techniques to shape her own style.
Currently, she lives in Barcelona where she has resided for more than five years, working especially the instant format. That is exactly the format she is exhibiting. The Polaroid Land camera is her working tool, giving a more exclusive character to the pictures.
Her work shows us the presence of female figures from an intimate, almost solitary perspective, away from the hustle and bustle of the urban life. It reflects the essence of the moment playing with shadows and light, keeping the spectator guessing while threading the fine line between gloominess and a lighthearted warmth. During this year, Andrea is taking part in a collective female exhibition organized by Polaroid of The Day that is traveling around several cities. As well, she will join the ISO600 festival to be held in Bologna, Italy at the end of the year.
